Due to the flooding and evacuations, Tulare County Animal Services Shelter will be closed for the intake of animals. Adoptions will be by appointment only with our Animal Services Coordinator. Animal Services is diverting their resources to respond to community needs to assist in the storm response. Field Services is responding to emergency calls only until further notice.
