Shelter hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Dispatch/phone hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The shelter is closed on Sundays and Holidays. If you have an emergency after hours, please contact the Tulare County Sheriff Dispatch.

If you would like additional information regarding our services, or have questions about volunteering, adopting, or fostering a pet, please complete the following form. A staff member will contact you as soon as possible.

Note, do NOT submit any Field Service Requests (loose animals, dead animals, noise complaints, ordinance violations, etc.) utilizing this page. Please see our "Animal Complaints" page for additional information.
