Tulare County Animal Services (TCAS) is hosting a FREE Drive-Thru Dog Vaccine Clinic on Sat., April 26, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at the International Ag Center (4500 S. Laspina St., Tulare CA 93274). It is encouraged to register now at sfspca.org/centralvalleyappts. The clinic will offer free Distemper/Parvo + Rabies Vaccines and Microchips.
